You can dial 555 toll-free from any phone in Trinidad and Tobago to report any criminal activity. Your call will not be traced and you will not be asked to give your name.
Coast Guard: 634-4440
You can call the Coast Guard at (868) 634-4440 to report boating emergencies, accidents or missing vessels. Boaters can contact the Coast Guard on VHF Channel 16 in cases of emergency by repeating the call sign "coast guard control" twice.

The Office of Disaster Preparedness and Management (ODPM), formerly the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), is responsible for disaster management in Trinidad and Tobago.
